"A few years ago, we purchased a 13 acre lakefront parcel on which we built two custom homes, one to call our new home, and the other to sell. The spec home was a 5 BR/6BA Mediterranean custom-designed by architect Thomas Lamb built with the best details and finishes to attract discriminating buyers who enjoy the lake lifestyle. In what would be one of the most important and best decisions of our lives, we chose to list our home with Traci Burns.
With Avila just a mile away, we considered several realtors who sell multi-million dollar homes in that community as candidates, as well as several others who were firmly established in North Tampa. We recognized the benefits of working with realtors intimately familiar with North Tampa and weighed that against the sterling brand that is Traci Burns, absolutely a dominant force in South Tampa, but not so much so in our northern reaches.
